Hands On Support

As we specialize in helping EU companies expand into the U.S., we maintain an ever-growing list of municipal, state and federal programs that might be relevant to our clients based on industry, size and selected HQ location. Our goal? That our clients never miss out on a golden opportunity.

Grants & Incentives

Once your launch location is locked in, we’re happy to connect you with the right counselor to suit your company and its goals. As seasoned U.S. entrepreneurs, we can also share with you the considerations we used in our own incorporations to discuss with your selected counsel. We’re with you at each step of the process.

Legal Incorporation

We’ve all hired a horrible vendor. Who wants an extra problem they need to fix? As we help numerous companies in their expansion efforts, we can recommend a list tailored to you of pre-vetted vendors in every category from sales support and go-to-market strategy to tax compliance and U.S. payroll.

Service Partner Selection

One of our most common requests is to help ensure early GTM succeeds. In addition to helping with vetted vendor selection, we can also help manage this process knowing your specific company (almost) as well as you do. Moreover, we can manage the team’s efforts in the U.S. time zones so no opportunity is missed.

At Braveheart, we believe actions speak louder than words. Our case studies showcase how we've helped ambitious companies expand into new markets, overcome challenges, and achieve sustainable growth. From high-growth startups to established enterprises, these success stories highlight our strategic, hands-on approach in action.

Explore our case studies to see how we turn bold ideas into global success.

Burning questions, cold takes, and everything in between

  • It’s apples-to-oranges. Long term, you will want full-time staff. However, with Braveheart you get three distinct advantages that get you to that point of success:

    • For a single price, you onboard an entire team of various specialists all-in-one to cover everything you need as you need it.

    • You can spin up, and down, what you need as you need it.

    • Our team is entirely focused on being exceptionally good at one thing: expanding Baltic companies into the States. That specialized expertise means efficiency for your business.

  • We are for Baltic companies who have made a commitment to U.S. expansion. This could be a recently capitalized startup with an in-progress product to a multi-generational regional business that has decided to make the jump.

We aren’t a startup only firm nor are we focused on a specific industry or type of business. If you’re here, and you want to get there then Braveheart is for you.

  • Every engagement starts the same way. Reach out to us via our contact page, and we will provide a link to schedule time with us for a free, no obligation consultation.

In the consultation, we’ll get to understand your business, your needs and if we can help. If we can, and we both want to move forward, we will provide a detailed scope of work that defines the intended engagement.

If it is a fit for both parties, we sign the agreement and begin.

  • In general, we are an inexpensive alternative to what it would cost to do the same work with full-time staff. That said, it would be unusual for an engagement to be less than 25,000 euro. However, we encourage budget-conscious firms to reach out to us to design short engagements where we can provide critical value at a key juncture. We want to build a proven relationship with you while helping you succeed from point A to B – it’s a win for us both.

In addition, our fractional services are priced differently and are generally a small monthly fee.

  • We always recommend business intelligence if you are completely new to the market. Even if you've been on the market for some time and are looking to refine your strategy, our market testing and findings guidance can help you make informed decisions. Understanding the competitive landscape, customer behavior, and local nuances is key to a successful expansion. We tailor our approach based on where you are in your journey, ensuring you start with the right insights.

  • On the contact page, please reach out to us by selecting the partner option.

Expanding to the U.S.? We’ve got the map. You bring the ambition

Not sure where to start? Whether you need a strategy, connections, or just a reality check, we’re here. Reach out and let’s get things moving.

We can help you find the right site for your first U.S. office, and once selected can help you setup and manage that office while your internal team gets onboarded, organized and effective. We provide expert, seasoned support so you launch like a pro without missing a beat.

Site Selection / Office Setup

As always, the first few hires in a new location are the most crucial. We can help outline the jobs, source the applicants, conduct the interviews and provide our insight. More than just our seasoned judgement, we also use a cutting-edge 4th generation capabilities measurement model to gain insight never before possible. This technology was co-created by one of Braveheart’s partners, Deloitte, the University of Washington and received grant funding from the U.S. National Science Foundation for breakthrough work in the field of capability measurement as well as VC-funding by Learn Capital.
